DATE TO BE EFFECTIVE: April 1, 2024 bills
SCHEDULE APPLICABLE TO: RESIDENTIAL AND FARM SERVICE

AVAILABILITY
Available to all rural and urban residences and other farm services requiring not more than five hundred (500) kVA of transformer capacity. Single phase motors served under this schedule shall not exceed fifteen (15) horsepower soft start motors.

TYPE OF SERVICE
Single phase, or three phase where available, 60 Hertz, at available secondary voltages of 240 volts or less.

RATE

Availability Charge:

  • @ $1.23 /day (Single Phase) (Rate 1)
  • @ $1.69 /day (Three Phase) (Rate 61)


Plus:

  • All kWh @ $0.089 /kWh


ADJUSTMENTS

  1. State, County or City Sales Tax - The above charges will be subject to Missouri State Sales Tax, County Sales Tax and City Sales Tax.
  2. Cost of Power Adjustment - In the event the rate under which the Cooperative purchases power at wholesale is adjusted above 6.07 cents per kilowatt hour sold, the foregoing charges may be increased by an amount sufficient to compensate for the change in the purchased power cost.
  3. Tax Adjustment - The above rate shall be subject to an increase or decrease in proportion to the amount of new taxes or increased taxes which the Cooperative may hereafter have to pay, which are levied or imposed, or increased, or decreased by laws or ordinances which are not in effect on and after the effective date of this rate schedule.


TERMS OF PAYMENT
The above rate is net. Bills are due and payable at the offices of the Cooperative. In the event the bill is not paid by the due date, the gross bill, which is ten percent (10%) higher, will apply. Should the bill not be paid prior to the last working day of the month, the service shall be subject to disconnection.

SCHEDULE APPLICABLE TO: COMMERCIAL AND SMALL POWER

AVAILABILITY
Available to all commercial, small power, schools and churches requiring not more than five hundred (500) kVA of transformer capacity. Single phase motors served under this schedule shall not exceed fifteen (15) horsepower soft start motors.

TYPE OF SERVICE
Single phase, or three phase where available, 60 Hertz, at available secondary voltages of 480 volts or less.

RATE

Availability Charge:

  • @ $1.23 /day (Single Phase) (Rate 2)
  • @ $1.69 /day (Three Phase) (Rate 62)

Plus:

  • All kWh @ $0.091 /kWh 


ADJUSTMENTS

  1. State, County or City Sales Tax - The above charges will be subject to Missouri State Sales Tax, County Sales Tax and City Sales Tax.
  2. Cost of Power Adjustment - In the event the rate under which the Cooperative purchases power at wholesale is adjusted above 6.07 cents per kilowatt hour sold, the foregoing charges may be increased by an amount sufficient to compensate for the change in the purchased power cost.
  3. Tax Adjustment - The above rate shall be subject to an increase or decrease in proportion to the amount of new taxes or increased taxes which the Cooperative may hereafter have to pay, which are levied or imposed, or increased, or decreased by laws or ordinances which are not in effect on and after the effective date of this rate schedule.

SCHEDULE APPLICABLE TO: INDUSTRIAL AND LARGE POWER SERVICE

AVAILABILITY
Available to all industrial and large power users having a load factor of 45% or more, connected for at least one year and load of at least 100 kW. Single phase motors served under this schedule shall not exceed fifteen (15) horsepower soft start motors.

TYPE OF SERVICE
Three phase, 60 Hertz, at one of the standard three phase secondary or primary voltages.

RATE

  • Availability Charge:  @ $2.79 /day
  • Demand:  All billing kW  @ $10.00 /kW
  • Energy:  All kWh @ $0.058 /kWh


DETERMINATION OF BILLING DEMAND
The billing demand shall be the greater of the following:

  1. The maximum kW demand established for any fifteen (15) consecutive minutes during the billing month; or
  2. Eighty percent (80%) of the highest maximum kW demand similarly established in any of the preceding eleven (11) months.


MINIMUM CHARGES

The minimum monthly charge shall be $100.00

ADJUSTMENTS

SCHEDULE APPLICABLE TO: IRRIGATION SERVICE

AVAILABILITY
Available at any point on the Cooperative's existing distribution system having adequate capacity and suitable voltage to provide the service.

TYPE OF SERVICE
Single phase, or three phase where available, 60 Hertz, at one of the standard secondary voltages as determined by the Cooperative.  Motors having a rated capacity in excess of fifteen (15) horsepower soft start must be three phase.
 
RATE 

  • Demand:  All billing kW @ $63.00 /kW per season
  • Energy:  All kWh @ $0.062 /kWh
     

ANNUAL MINIMUM CHARGE
All irrigation wells connected anytime during a calendar year will be required to pay an annual minimum charge of $400.00.  If the total billing during the calendar year is less than $400.00, the consumer will be billed on the final bill or at year-end for the difference in the actual billing and $400.00.

If customer has not paid balance in full within 60 days of disconnect then upon connection customer shall pay the amount due as full plus an amount equal to one years estimated bill.

SCHEDULE APPLICABLE TO:  IRRIGATION SERVICE

AVAILABILITY
Available at any point on the Cooperative's existing distribution system having adequate capacity and suitable voltage to provide the service.  This rate is available only to irrigation consumers that voluntarily shut-off their irrigation well from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. during July and August.  Wells served under this rate that are found to be in use between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. will be billed in accordance with Rate Schedule 4.

TYPE OF SERVICE
Single phase, or three phase where available, 60 Hertz, at one of the standard secondary voltages as determined by the Cooperative.  Motors having a rated capacity in excess of fifteen (15) horsepower soft start must be three phase.

RATE

  • Energy:  All kWh @ $0.097 /kWh
     

ANNUAL MINIMUM CHARGE

AVAILABILITY
Available at any point on the Cooperative's existing distribution system having adequate capacity and suitable voltage to provide the service.  This rate is available only to irrigation consumers that voluntarily shut-off their irrigation well from 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m. during July and August.  Wells served under this rate that are found to be in use between 12:00 noon and 4:00 p.m. will be billed in accordance with Rate Schedule 4.

TYPE OF SERVICE
Single phase, or three phase where available, 60 Hertz, at one of the standard secondary voltages as determined by the Cooperative.  Motors having a rated capacity in excess of fifteen (15) horsepower soft start must be three phase.
 

RATE

  • Energy:  All kWh @ $0.097 /kWh

SCHEDULE APPLICABLE TO: STREET AND SECURITY LIGHTING

AVAILABILITY
Available for year-round use only. Lights must be installed only on existing poles where sufficient space is available and on which also exists a source of 120 volt service to which the light can be connected.

TYPE OF SERVICE
Outdoor dusk to dawn area lighting - consisting of one automatically controlled light. The Cooperative shall furnish electricity and maintain such lighting fixtures, including the replacement of bulbs and inoperative control devices; however, such maintenance shall be performed only during regularly scheduled working hours. Normally, lamps will be restored to service within three working days after notification by the member.

RATE

  • 100 Watt High Pressure Sodium @ $0.36 /day
  • 175 Watt Mercury Vapor (*) @ $0.36 /day
  • 250 Watt High Pressure Sodium @ $0.46 /day
  • 400 Watt Metal Halide (*) @ $0.69 /day
  • 64 Watt LED @ $0.36 /day
  • 176 Watt LED @ $0.69 /day
    (*) No new fixtures available


LIGHTING INSTALLATION
Street and security lighting installation, connection, and relocation will be provided in accordance with the Cooperative’s Policy Bulletin No. C14.

When new lamps are requested, the consumer shall be required to execute a contract providing that the lamp will remain connected and billed for a minimum period of 2 years.  New lamp installations will only be made along roads or drives that are accessible to bucket trucks on a year-round basis.
