On To A New Phase
Effective May 1, 2021 Jan Curry retires from Ozark Border Electric Cooperative. Working as a part-time cashier/billing clerk at the Malden office for just shy of 19 years has made her a familiar face in the community. The members in that area will certainly miss her.
Jan has lots of plans for retired life. Her business, “Art by Jan”, will now get much of her focus. She also looks forward to longer visits with her grandchildren, especially the ones that live in another state. Jan says, “I will miss all my boys, the Malden linemen and Jim. I love them all. OBEC has been good to me and for me.” We appreciate all the years of outstanding service Jan has given the Malden office. Please join us in congratulating Jan and wishing her a long and happy retirement.
