Gone Hunting

November 19, 2021, Noel Spence retires after 48 years of service to Ozark Border Electric Cooperative.  Noel started his career as a forestry apprentice in 1973.  He worked his way through the ranks becoming the western area supervisor in 2000.  Noel could tell you anything you need to know about every pole and wire in his service area.  Now, he has his sights set on the deer woods and duck blinds.  Noel could tell you all the best hunting spots as well, but there is no way he would surrender that information.  Ozark Border will miss the dedication and wisdom Noel brought to the cooperative.  Congratulations on a standout career and best wishes for a long and happy retirement!
