Text Notifications Available

Ozark Border is providing a new service to its members – text notifications.  This feature allows us to add an additional level of communication with our members.  Some of the types of items we anticipate using this service for include office closings, planned outages, and off-peak pumping for irrigation accounts. 

To receive text message notifications from OBEC, you must be enrolled in SmartHub.
     Open your SmartHub app
     Choose the “Settings” icon
     Under Notifications choose  “Manage Contact Information”
     Under Add New Contact Method choose “Add Phone Contact”
          At the top of the page, enter the phone number where you wish to receive texts
          Under Options turn on “Receive Text Messages” and hit “Continue”
     On the next screen, “Accept” the terms and conditions of use
You will receive a text from SmartHub that contains a validation code – enter the code on the screen and hit “Save Contact”.
You are ready to receive text messages from us.
