 Ozark Border Electric Cooperative has rebates
available to its members for the installation of an air
source heat pump, electric furnace, ground source
heat pump, and electric water heater.
Read below the rebates which are effective beginning January
1, 2006. Click on the appropriate link which will take
you to the application form that you can print, complete
and bring to us. Rebates are subject to change at
any time. Some restrictions may apply.

$150.00 per ton (limit 6 tons or$900.00 per metered account) |

1) COP (Coefficient of Performance) of 3.0 or higher
2) SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Rating) of 10.0 or higher
3) Must be primary heating system |
| Electrical Air Source Heat Pump |

1) All units must be installed on Ozark Border Electric Cooperatives lines before the rebate is issued.
2) All rebates must be issued to Members only. No tenants of rental property will be eligible for a rebate.
3) Only new mobile homes qualify for a rebate.
4) Member must own mobile home and property on which it sits. No mobile home parks ore rental pads qualify.
5) Used equipment is not eligible for a rebate. |
| Electric Water Heaters |
| Amount of rebate: |
$75.00 per metered account (replacing gas or new installation)
$40.00 per metered account (replacement of electric) |

Requirements:
Application Form
|
1) Water heater must be a 40 gallon or larger
2) Water heater must be a new water heater. Used water heaters do not
qualify for the rebate.
3) Top and bottom elements must be electrically interlocked to prevent both
elements from being energized at the same time.
4) Dealers or distributors of water heaters are not eligible for rebates.
5) Only new mobile homes qualify.
6) Member must own mobile home and property on which it sets. No mobile home
parks or rental parks qualify.
7) All rebates must be issued to members only. No tenants of rental property
will be eligible for a rebate.
8) All units must be installed on Ozark Border Electirc Cooperatives Lines
before the rebate is issued.

| To apply |
The water heater must be installed before the rebate will be processed. The
following is the information needed when applying for a rebate:
1) Copy of invoice where you purchased the water heater.
2) Brand name, model number or serial number, and size in gallons of new water
heater.
3) Date water heater was installed.
4) For new mobile homes, we must have a copy of sales slip and a receipt from
the mobile home dealer which shows that mobile home has an electric water
heater. |
Dealers or distributors of water heaters or heating systems are not eligible
for the rebates. Complete the online application form and bring it to us. Contact us to obtain additional
information. Used equipment is not eligible for a rebate.
