| The Ozark Border Electric Cooperative will hold its Annual Membership Meeting on Saturday, August 4, 2012, at the Three Rivers Community College in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. The Cooperative members are encouraged to attend the Annual Meeting which will include the election of four Directors to the Cooperative’s Board. | August 6, 2011, Annual Membership Meeting |
Ozark Border Electric Cooperative had its Annual Membership Meeting on Saturday, August 6, 2011 at the Three Rivers Community College. A total of 1,096 Cooperative members registered in person at the meeting and it was estimated that the attendance at the meeting was over 2,500. The Cooperative members elected four members to the Board of Directors for a three year term. |

| The Cooperative members elected four individuals to three-year terms to the Cooperative’s Board of Directors. The four members elected were: |

- Ed Crow - Dexter

- Charlie Bunting - Poplar Bluff
- Darrell Atchison - Williamsville

| The Cooperative has a total of 12 directors. The remaining eight directors are as follows: |
- Denver Ligons - Ellsinore
- J.T. Moody - Clarkton
- Leon Martin - Naylor
- Jeff Holloway - Puxico

- Speedy Ketcherside - Wappapello
- Andy Clark - Poplar Bluff
- Max Clayton - Campbell

| After the business meeting of the Annual Meeting, the following directors were elected as officers for the coming year: |
